The evolution of technology and digitalization worldwide has a significant impact on the digital transformation in banking services, with a focus on progress and security. This impact is particularly evident in the targeting of digital customer data, necessitating advanced measures to ensure security. This study addresses the impact of information security on employees in the banking sector, especially in human resource management, highlighting the influence of human resource management on the information security team within the banking sector. The study also underscores the importance of training and development in the field of information security and protection, as well as the need to enhance communication between relevant departments. The research follows a methodology that analyzes secondary data to interpret the expected impact on building and developing human resource management in the banking sector. The research emphasizes the potential contribution of information security to enhancing the digital security environment and increasing customer confidence in digital transactions, opening up opportunities for advanced digital banking services.The research indicates that information security is an essential part of the development and training phase in human resource management, emphasizing the necessity of engaging with relevant departments to address technical issues that may affect customer trust.
